This method provides inexperienced teachers like myself with a framework to help students learn to tackle multi-sided issues. These skills feel particularly important at the high school level where these students face a bombardment of cultural and social issues. The SAC approach seems like a healthy way to encourage students to explore and analyze both sides of complex issues.
